Taxes = Broke

I got my taxes back today, and I am already brok as of Monday. I paid off all of My damn CC's and I have to wait until about May to have accumulated enough savings to even try for a house. And plus I can add to that savings the IRS Tax rebate which will definatley help out with inspection costs. I had definatley went overboad with Christmas and helpign out with bills. I guess it was a sacrifice that was worth it, but I definatley want to get outta my folks house. Not just because of the issues, but because I am in need of independence. I feel like I cant even raise my son because of contradicting forces, and that I am not my own person.

So hopefully I will get my first investment property this year, God willing!

One class down, 16 more to go!

Well today, I finally got my grades back. I found out that Rosemont Accelerated course due date for grades are one week after the term has concluded. So it was essentially due back the Thursday after the term officially ended by midnight.

With all that being said, my teach is an amazing woman. Not only did she get my grade in on time, but she did it with a broken wrist needing impending surgery.

This term I received my first A at Rosemont College. I am so happy! 16 more courses to go. SO I am at CCP with four 15week courses, while two courses at Rosemont for 5 weeks. That's 6 Classes!!!! But I'm not tired, I'm a good multi tasker! But the one thing is that since none of the classes are Math oriented, its boring cause of all the essays. Which is depressing.

This is going to be the norm until May when I grad CCP, then I will take two classes every five weeks at Rosemont. Giving ma an ETA of January Graduation if I get enough grants!!! If I cant afford to finish by Jan, then I will by Next May, cause my job pays essentially 4 courses less $300 per year, so I can take the last four in the Spring if I have to.

I filled out for a few scholarships this week, hopefully I will get a few. I also filled out some for my son, yeah who knew they had scholarships for Kindergarten, and some for my LIL bro going to HS.

My son has the issue where, his school has enrolled him at the local kindergarten, which is where I went when I was young as well as my sister and brother. This school is horrible and dangerous. So I am trying to get him transferred to his current school for K and as a backup I have applied for him to go to the private school down the street from my job.

So I hope to have him enrolled in both schools, so come September, I have a choice.

Grade and Impatience

I know I have a patience problem, but man I feel like Im not asking too much for my teacher to have the grades in on time, especially in an accelerated course with only 8 students. Why ask us to write so many essays if yo cant grade them in time. Then when I do the next assignment, I have no grade or quality to base my next paper on to ensure my success.

Now, the teacher at Rosemont, she has a good reason, she injured herself and may need surgery. She fractured her wrsit. But when I fractured my hand, I still made it to work and completed all my reports. So in turn you would think she would be spending more time at home resting and reading essays? Maybe this is the norm for this college. I just hate having to produce ontime assignments andn never see the grade till the term is over. I mean what am I paying for an easy A? And if so I need to know because I will put less effort into the assignment submissions.

Man am I impatient, but this is my first class at this college, with 5 week accelerated courses, and Im in week four after at least 8 pages of essay a week with forums as well, and have only recieved on essay grade. I knwo the situation is crazy because of the instructors physical challenge, and she's in my prayers, but man....I need some grades!
