Tuition Assitance!

So my job decided to change in the midst of my college career. They have implemented the pre-pay tuition assistance. Why am I not happy? Because they have also decided to change the calendar for this policy. It used to be the academic calendar (sept - aug). Not anymore, now its from Jan - December. And starting last week our balance is whatever we used since January 08. This is some BULL! What about those of us who had planned on the September money coming in! What about those who planned to grad in December and go to Grad school in Jan!

This is crazy!

So now I have to figure out is what I'm going to do. I am not privy to taking out a school loan, but if I don't and decided to take classes in January, just to save money, I wont be done grad school till 2012. Whereas if I start in Jan, I will be done in 2010. These people are ridiculous!
